It all starts when you accept an offer and we draft the Purchase & Sale document. My office will work with the buyers' attorney to finalize it for you quickly and efficiently. Then we oversee all the necessary document acquisition, and keep you apprised of the sale's progress along the way. We'll even attend your closing for you, and hand-deliver your signed documents and check right to your door when all is said and done.

I do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about my clients, borrowers, or sellers to anyone, except as is necessary in the mortgage loan transaction as may be necessary to effectuate the transaction with the lender that you have requested; to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions; as otherwise required or permitted by law.
3. I restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those clients, lenders, third parties and employees who need to know that information to provide the requested settlement services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
